Hunter Dunning is working with a construction consultancy delivering quality inspection services. This permanent position will lead Clerk of Works services across new build projects, including high-rise buildings, while supervising other Clerks of Works.

Your Experience

• Clerk of Works experience inspecting high-rise construction projects
• Extensive understanding of materials, trades, construction methods and legal requirements
• Experience identifying defects, snagging issues and construction quality concerns
• Strong time management across several construction projects
• Strong verbal communication, influencing and negotiation skills
• Proficient using IT systems
• Ideally ICWCI membership or commitment to achieving appropriate ICWCI status xwzovoh
