A leading contractor is looking for an experienced Design Manager to join their team and take a key role on a major £100m commercial office development in London.
With a strong secured pipeline of complex projects ranging from £20m£100m, the business offers excellent long-term stability, strong leadership and genuine opportunities for career progression.
Youll be responsible for coordinating the design process across the project, working closely with architects, consultants, engineers and the wider delivery team to develop practical, high-quality solutions from pre-construction through to completion.
Were looking for someone with 3+ years Design Management experience, ideally gained on large-scale commercial or similarly complex projects. xwzovoh Candidates with a strong architectural background and experience as a Lead Project Architect will also be considered.
