Deputy Manager

Deputy Manager Location: Ashford Salary: £39,357.24 - £47,821.80 About the Role We're looking for a compassionate and experienced Deputy Manager to join a children's residential home. You'll lead and support a team of Residential Care Workers, ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed care for young people with complex needs. You'll also step in to manage the home when the Registered Manager is away.
