Marketing Associate 📍 Bromsgrove | 💰 £27,000 – £30,000 DOE | The Best Connection are seeking to appoint a Marketing Associate to enable more focus on our Business-to-Business market. Your role will be to support the Marketing team in the planning, creation, and implementation of multi-channel marketing activity to drive lead generation, sales enablement, brand awareness and engagement with The Best Connections clients and prospects. 🎁 What’s in It for You? Experience of B2B customer segmentation and CRM management (Hubspot, Sales Force or similar). Graphic design and Adobe experience Good written communication skills Customer-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Well organised with excellent time-management skills and strong attention to detail Good knowledge of social media platforms, scheduling tools and analytics. Good knowledge of MS Office and other digital applications.Desired attributes Experience in marketing in the recruitment industry Copywriting skills and creative campaign experienceResponsibilities: Develop and implement B2B marketing plans to drive lead generation, sales enablement, brand awareness and engagement to support winning new business and improving client retention. Create engaging B2B short form content including social media posts, blog posts, news articles and emails targeted at prospects and clients. Create effective B2B long form communications including sales enablement materials such as sales brochures and other collateral targeted at prospects and clients. Monitor and manage B2B channels such as LinkedIn, email marketing campaigns, website copy, and any other channels identified by the business as being relevant. Monitor reviews to select outstanding client reviews to share as testimonials on social media. Understand client and prospect behaviour to help maximise the effectiveness of targeted communications. Work closely with the Central Sales team and Branches to create engaging B2B content to help maximise new business opportunities and support lead generation and tenders. Work closely with the representatives from Operations (known as Marketing Champions) to seek feedback on B2B marketing opportunities.🏢 About Us Founded in 1991, we’re one of the UK’s leading providers of flexible workforce solutions.
