Fleet Administrator – Hybrid Working

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Fleet Manager with the smooth running and efficient management of the national van and car fleet.
The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, be highly organised and detail-oriented, and be able to manage multiple priorities while working under pressure.
A positive, can-do attitude, a collaborative approach, and the ability to work proactively and independently are also essential!

Key Responsibilities:
-Produce weekly reports using telematics data.
-Coordinate driving licence checks for new and existing employees.
-Manage fuel card administration, including orders and cancellations.
-Support the Fleet Manager with vehicle maintenance issues and relief vehicle arrangements.
-Maintain accurate fleet and driver records.
-Arrange hire vehicles as required.
-Coordinate company vehicle handovers for new starters and vehicle return for leavers.
-Support fleet compliance and ensure records are kept up to date.
-Assist with the administration of vehicle-related fines and penalties.
-Support the management of vehicle accidents and insurance claims.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, hybrid working

Salary : £28,000 + plus excellent benefits including:
