Job Overview: * This academy caters for students aged 11-19. * Full-time, Monday - Friday, Science ECT role. * Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4 (with KS5 opportunities available). * Teach a broad curriculum including Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. * Receive structured support through a comprehensive ECT induction programme. * Monitor and assess student progress, providing clear feedback to support development. * Work collaboratively with experienced colleagues and contribute to departmental planning.
