We are recruiting for a Temporary Scheme Managerto support residents aged 55+ across a housing association patch in Devon. This role covers both sheltered schemes and dispersed properties, focusing on delivering high-quality, resident-centred services that promote independence, wellbeing, and community engagement.

This is a patch-based role, involving regular face-to-face resident contact, with some flexibility to complete administrative duties from home or the office. The position is available for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities of a Scheme Manager:
- Carry out regular wellbeing and keeping-in-touch visits with residents
- Conduct compliance and tenancy-related visits, including ASB follow-ups where required
- Identify and respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns
- Manage and resolve anti-social behaviour (ASB) in line with policy
- Support residents to maintain independence within a safe living environment
- Maintain accurate case notes and records
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies
- Cover a defined patch of approximately 100+ properties across schemes and dispersed homes
- Experience working with older people (55+) within independent living or sheltered housing
- Confident working independently across a geographical patch
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of housing management, safeguarding, and ASB
- Able to use initiative while following xwzovoh policies and procedures
- Enhanced DBS (essential)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
- Competitive hourly rate of £18£20 per hour
- Hybrid working (12 days admin from home/office, remainder on patch)
