Randstad UK CPE Team is looking to onboard a labourer in Alderholt, Fordingbridge for our ongoing residential project.

  • Job Title: Site Labourer
  • Location: Alderholt, Fordingbridge
  • Contract Type: Temporary- long term
  • Pay Rate: £15.00 - £16.55 per hour

About the RoleWe are seeking a hardworking and reliable Labourer to support a busy residential construction site in Fordingbridge. This is a vital role ensuring the site remains safe, tidy, and efficient to allow skilled trades to meet their deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining site cleanliness and clearing debris to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assisting skilled trades (bricklayers, carpenters, etc.) with the movement of materials.
  • Loading and unloading deliveries.
  • Basic site setup and fencing/signage maintenance.
  • Adhering strictly to site Health & Safety protocols and Wearing full PPE at all times.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid CSCS Card.
  • Full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis vest/jacket, steel toe-cap boots).
  • Proven reliability and a strong work ethic (references may be requested).
  • Previous experience on a residential new-build site.
  • Reliable transportation to reach the site
