Project Manager – London £65,000 – £70,000 + Package Location: London Salary: £65,000 – £70,000 + competitive package (bonus, pension, private healthcare) The Role We are seeking a technically strong Project Manager to join our London team, delivering complex projects across commercial real estate portfolios. This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented professional with a solid engineering or technical background, capable of managing projects from concept through to completion. Key Responsibilities * Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring scope, cost, and timelines are met * Manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health) elements across fit-out, refurbishment, and infrastructure upgrades * Act as the technical authority on projects, reviewing designs, specifications, and contractor proposals * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including consultants, engineers, and contractors * Monitor project risks, compliance, and health & safety standards * Produce and manage detailed project programmes, budgets, and reports * Engage with clients and stakeholders, providing clear technical guidance and updates Requirements * Proven experience as a Project Manager within a technical, engineering, or building services environment * Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building infrastructure * Background in construction, engineering, or a related technical discipline * Experience managing complex commercial or corporate real estate projects * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills * Relevant qualifications (e.g. degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar; Prince2/APM desirable) What’s on Offer * Competitive salary (£65–70k) * Bonus structure * Private healthcare * Pension scheme * Clear career progression within a global organisation * Exposure to high-profile, technically challenging projects Apply now to join a forward-thinking organisation delivering complex, high-value projects across London
