We are seeking a dynamic and inspiring Regional Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will lead and empower a dedicated team of supervisors and operatives, driving operational excellence across multiple sites. About The Role
What You'll Deliver: Key Responsibilities
Drive operational excellence and maximise contract profitability by effectively leading and motivating your on-site teams.
Manage financial performance by diligently adhering to budget allocations.
Cultivate and nurture robust client relationships, ensuring exceptional satisfaction levels.
Uphold and elevate the highest standards of service delivery across all sites.
Recruit, onboard, and continuously coach your site teams, fostering their professional growth and performance.
Conduct thorough monthly quality audits to guarantee consistent adherence to our high standards.
Support the Operations Manager by undertaking diverse projects and reports, contributing to strategic initiatives.
Facilitate regular contract and specification review meetings with clients, ensuring alignment and transparency.
Champion Health & Safety, ensuring full compliance with all procedures and legislation.
Proactively identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement, cost efficiencies, and account expansion. xwzovoh
Actively pursue and secure opportunities to introduce and deliver additional services to clients.
