Quantity Surveyor

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a long-term rail infrastructure framework. You'll become part of a commercial function, working alongside Assistant Quantity Surveyors, Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to broaden their commercial experience within a supportive team while working across a varied portfolio of civil engineering and building renewal projects. The Role You'll manage multiple projects simultaneously across both development and delivery workstreams. . Key Responsibilities * Cost control and commercial management * Cost forecasting and accrual management * Producing straightforward CVRs * Setting up and administering subcontracts * Managing project finances throughout delivery * Commercial close-out of completed projects * Working closely with operational teams both on site and in the office About You We're keen to hear from candidates with experience in: * Quantity Surveying within civil engineering or infrastructure * FM or maintenance environments managing multiple live projects * Commercial, finance or project accounting professionals looking to transition into a Quantity Surveying role You'll ideally have: * Strong cost control and forecasting experience * Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously * NEC contract experience (preferred but not essential) We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and keen to build a long-term career within a growing commercial team.
