HVAC/Chiller Improver

Looking to start or develop a long-term career within HVAC and chillers? We are working with a well-established service provider who are looking to recruit an Improver to join their growing field service team. This opportunity is open to candidates at different stages of their career. You could be completely new to the HVAC industry, or you may already have your F-Gas qualification and some hands-on experience and be looking for the next step. What’s most important is having the right attitude, a practical mindset and a genuine willingness to learn. Working alongside experienced engineers, you’ll gain hands-on experience across HVAC and large tonnage chillers, with the training and support to progress into a fully-fledged Chiller Engineer. Package & Benefits * Basic salary up to £30,000 depending on experience (40-hour week) * Door-to-door travel pay at x1.5 * 25 days holiday + bank holidays * Company vehicle – personal use optional * Tools and fuel card provided * Benefits platform / perks scheme * Contribution towards gym membership + various medical benefits * Private healthcare after 2 years * Enhanced pension contribution * Ongoing technical training and development * Clear progression into a Chiller Engineer role The Role You’ll work alongside experienced engineers, developing your skills across: * Service, maintenance, fault finding and repairs * Mechanical and electrical fault finding * Refrigeration circuits and component replacement * Large tonnage chillers and more technically challenging equipment As your skills develop, you’ll take on greater responsibility and progress towards working independently in the field. The Ideal Candidate * Genuine interest in engineering and the HVAC industry * Practical, hands-on mindset * Positive attitude and willingness to learn * Full UK Driving Licence * F-Gas Category 1 and previous HVAC experience would be advantageous, but are not essential Why Apply?
