Details Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Registered Nurse to join the work that we do for our community.

This role offers flexibility, you’ll have the choice of part-time or Full time depending on what best suits your lifestyle.
You’ll work as part of a multidisciplinary team, including GPs, social workers, AOD specialists, and allied health staff to support clients with both physical and psychosocial health needs.
The Position Community Registered Nurse ( Mental Health) – Ashfield The Location Ashfield NSW Essential Criteria Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse (List A).
• Minimum 3 years’ clinical experience, ideally in community health, or GP practice settings.
• Understanding of trauma-informed and harm minimisation frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with diverse clients.
• Experience using clinical systems (HELIX, Best Practice or similar).
• Unrestricted driver’s licence (essential for outreach work).
• BLS certificate and up-to-date CPD and immunisation requirements.
• Compassionate, adaptable, and passionate about improving healthcare access for those most in need.
• Experience working with people experiencing mental health, AOD, homelessness, or refugee-related challenges is highly regarded.
