Architectural Technician

Konker is working with a residential design practice that is seeking an Architectural Technician to join their growing team, supporting the delivery of high-quality residential working drawing packages for leading national and regional housebuilders. They work with some of the UK’s major developers and pride themselves on delivering accurate, responsive and thoroughly considered design packages. The Role: Architectural Technician You will be responsible for producing detailed construction and working drawing packages for residential developments, including: Standard and bespoke housing types Apartment / flat schemes Technical detailing and construction packages Working closely with volume housebuilder clients About You: Architectural Technician Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential working drawings / technical delivery Strong experience working with volume housebuilders Knowledge of both standard and bespoke house / flat design Excellent technical detailing and construction drawing ability Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit experience beneficial but not essential What’s on offer: Salary: £28,000 – £38,000 depending on experience Performance Bonus: Annual Christmas bonus Holiday: 20 days + bank holidays plus Christmas shutdown (normally 3 additional days) Hybrid Working: After successful completion of 4-month probation (2 days WFH) Opportunity to join a respected and growing residential design practice working with major UK developers For more information about this Architectural Technician role please contact Chloe Howick at Konker Group on (phone number removed) / (url removed)
