Whats on offer £19.00 per hour (including shift allowance)

37 hours per week no weekends

3-shift rotation(days during training)

Bonus scheme

Overtime available and paid at enhanced rates

26 days holiday + 7 bank holidays

The role Youll operate CNC machinery to produce high-quality, precision components, ensuring all work meetsstrict quality and customer standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Operating CNC Milling, Grinding or EDM machines

Machining parts in line with approved method specifications

Reading and interpreting engineering drawings

Setting up fixtures and aligning components correctly

Self-inspecting parts using manual measuring equipment

Supporting inspections using CMM equipment

Achieving production, quality and housekeeping targets

Working in full compliance with quality, safety and company procedures

What were looking for Previous experience inCNC Milling, Grinding or EDM

Ability to read and understand engineering drawings

Experience inspecting your own work to quality xwzovoh standards

Aerospace experience is advantageous butnot essential

Willingness to develop machine setting skills

Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
