About the role
Job Description: Our client based in Northampton is looking for experienced Factory Operatives to join their team.

Monday to Friday
7.30am start
These positions are required to assist in the efficient production of goods within the factory, ensuring that high standards of quality and safety are maintained at all times.
Main duties of role:
Operate sewing machinery and equipment as required for the production process.
Assemble products or components according to specifications and work instructions.
Monitor the production process and report any issues or defects to the supervisor.
Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
To be willing to learn and be trained within factory departments.
Work as part of a team and on an individual basis working to obtain the daily/weekly targets ensuring quality is at the highest standard.
Able to prioritise the work to meet production needs.
Liaise with the team leader to address specific quality or production problems.
Ensure departmental machinery and equipment is in good working order and any problems are reported to the Team Leader and/or Supervisor.
The ideal candidate:
Previous experience using a sewing machine is advantageous.
Dexterous.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Happy to train others once fully trained.
Self-motivated.
High standards of workmanship within own work.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
A responsible and conscientious attitude.
Calmness under pressure. xwzovoh
Keen to upskill.
Must be a resident in the UK
