Delivery based, not time based.Salary: £70–75K (flex) + Bonus + Health Plan + EMI Equity + 5% Pension + 25 Days HolidayWhat you’ll bringProven experience delivering CRM, data migration or tech-enabled transformation projects within the Wealth Management, IFA or Financial Services landscape.Background in consulting or wealth management change (Big 4, boutique, vendor, or in-house FS change programmes)Expertise managing functional change and data migration workstreamsStrong stakeholder engagement and vendor management skillsNice to have:Exposure to platforms such as Iress Xplan, Curo, Plannr, or Intelliflo, etc.Project management certification (e.g.
