This is a great opportunity if you already have school experience, are considering a career in teaching, or simply enjoy working with young people and want greater flexibility in your working week. 📍 Medway & Surrounding Areas 🏫 Secondary Schools | KS3-KS5 📅 Day-to-Day, Short-Term & Ongoing Cover ⏰ Flexible Opportunities Available 👩‍🏫 About You Ideally, you will have: Previous experience working with secondary-aged students QTS or other teaching qualifications preferred School or classroom experience is highly desirable Confidence supervising classes across KS3-KS5 Strong classroom and behaviour management skills Ability to confidently deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects Experience supporting SEN/additional learning needs is advantageous A calm, confident and adaptable approach Strong communication and relationship-building skills A commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing🏫 About the Role As a Cover Supervisor, you'll provide classroom cover during teacher absence, ensuring students remain engaged and learning continues effectively.
