Corporate Lawyer (2-8 PQE)

Leeds | Associate / Principal Associate Level

£80,000-£100,000 DOEA growing corporate team is seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join its Leeds office at Associate or Principal Associate level. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with strong transactional experience to work on a range of corporate deals, develop client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the team. You will be involved in a varied and high-quality caseload, with exposure to both domestic and international transactions, alongside senior lawyers in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, and reorganisations
• Draft and negotiate transaction documentation, conduct due diligence, and prepare client advice
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives
• Work collaboratively on complex and cross-border corporate matters
• Provide supervision, guidance, and mentoring to junior team members

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with 2-8 years' PQE in corporate law
• Strong technical ability and commercial awareness
• Confident managing transactions and client relationships
• Proactive, team-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities effectively
