Corporate Lawyer (2-8 PQE)
Leeds | Associate / Principal Associate Level
£80,000-£100,000 DOEA growing corporate team is seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join its Leeds office at Associate or Principal Associate level. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with strong transactional experience to work on a range of corporate deals, develop client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the team. You will be involved in a varied and high-quality caseload, with exposure to both domestic and international transactions, alongside senior lawyers in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, and reorganisations
- Draft and negotiate transaction documentation, conduct due diligence, and prepare client advice
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives
- Work collaboratively on complex and cross-border corporate matters
- Provide supervision, guidance, and mentoring to junior team members
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with 2-8 years' PQE in corporate law
- Strong technical ability and commercial awareness
- Confident managing transactions and client relationships
- Proactive, team-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities effectively
