Head of Data Science - AI Financial Assistant Pillar

Cleo AI is looking for a Head of Data Science to lead analytics and experimentation for a product pillar. You will manage a team of 4–5 product data scientists and collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Design teams.

This role demands strong influence and communication skills to align stakeholder insights and guide rapid decision-making. You will focus on acquiring and retaining users effectively while ensuring high data quality and clear metric definitions.
