Interviewer/ Candidate Assessment Specialist

This role will involve working a shift pattern of 37.5 hours per week over a 7-day period. This will include overnight chaperone and ‘on call’ duties once per week.

• One-to-one interviews discussing career options.
• Review candidate assessments and match them to suitable roles (over 100 different roles available).
• Advise candidates who may not qualify for their preferred role.

Role Requirements

Skills:

• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Personable and able to engage with people from all backgrounds.
• IT proficiency.

Experience:

• Interview experience preferred (coaching background not required).
• Someone with good people skills is needed (this role is more finding the right person)
• Call centre experience considered (for people skills).

What you’ll be doing:

• Briefing and delivering all cognitive assessment activities under test conditions
• Contributing to an un-biased test environment for all assessment activities
• Assessing candidates against fixed criteria
• Providing feedback on a candidate’s performance at assessment, their assessment outcome and their next steps in the recruitment process
• Conducting individual career discussions with candidates
• Writing accurate reports to assist xwzovoh recruiters and Basic Training Instructors to understand the candidate’s strengths and weaknesses
