? Full-time (rota including evenings, weekends & bank holidays)
?? £13.50 - £14.50 per hour (depending on experience)
(Approx. £28,428 per year)

We're looking for a passionate Support Worker to join a dynamic, fast-paced service supporting people experiencing homelessness and complex health needs.
This is more than a job - it's an opportunity to help individuals rebuild their lives, regain independence, and move forward with confidence.
What you'll be doing
Supporting individuals with complex needs, including mental and physical health challenges
Managing a caseload and creating personalised support and move-on plans
Working closely with partner agencies to deliver holistic, wraparound care
What we're looking for
At least 6 months' experience working face-to-face with vulnerable individuals
Understanding of homelessness, trauma, and complex needs
Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust and motivate others xwzovoh
A DBS on the Update Service , or willingness to obtain one
