PARTS SUPERVISOR Location: Bath Salary: Up to £32,000 Basic | £35,000 OTE Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday + 1 in 2 Saturday Mornings Looking to take the next step in your Parts career? This is a great opportunity for an experienced Parts Advisor, Senior Parts Advisor or Parts Supervisor to step into a supervisory role within a busy automotive dealership in Bath. You'll play a key role in keeping the Parts Department running smoothly, managing stock, supporting colleagues and working closely with the Sales and Service teams. Your responsibilities will include: ·Managing and maintaining Parts stock levels ·Ensuring the Parts Department and stock areas are organised and efficient ·Supporting the profitability and performance of the department ·Monitoring and working towards KPIs and budgets ·Working closely with the Service and Sales teams ·Acting as a key point of contact for customers, colleagues and suppliers ·Handling parts-related enquiries efficiently and professionally ·Supporting and motivating the wider Parts team   ABOUT YOU We're looking for someone with: ·Previous experience within an Automotive Parts Department ·Experience as a Parts Advisor, Senior Parts Advisor or similar ·Supervisory or leadership experience would be highly beneficial ·Experience managing KPIs, performance and budgets ·Strong customer service and communication skills ·A confident telephone manner ·Good IT and organisational skills ·The ability to work independently and as part of a team ·A proactive, people-focused approach   APPLY TODAY If you're an experienced Parts Advisor or Senior Parts Advisor looking to step up into a supervisory position, or an established Parts Supervisor looking for your next challenge, we'd love to hear from you.
