Your role will include: Minor paint repairs, scratch removal and polishing SMART repairs and cosmetic refinishing Alloy wheel, bumper and trim repairs Interior cosmetic restoration Preparing vehicles to sale-ready standards Working to productivity targets in a professional workshop We're looking for: Experience in cosmetic repair, detailing or bodyshop work Strong paint prep and colour-matching knowledge High attention to detail xwzovoh Ability to work independently and as part of a team What's on offer: Up to £45,000 DOE Performance Bonus Permanent, full-time position Supportive and forward-thinking team Training and development opportunities The chance to join from day one as the new facility launches
