We're looking for an experienced Implementation Project Manager to join our growing team and lead the successful delivery of complex workforce technology implementations for global organisations across Europe, North America and beyond. This is a role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity. You'll be responsible for managing end-to-end system implementations, acting as the bridge between clients, our internal teams and third-party technology partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the highest quality. You'll have a technical mindset, exceptional organisational skills and translate business requirements into practical system solutions. From project planning through to go-live and client sign-off, you'll ensure every implementation is delivered successfully while proactively managing risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations. What you'll be doing As our Implementation Project Manager, you will: Manage end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, timelines and milestones. Capture detailed meeting and project notes, actions, decisions and requirements to maintain alignment across all stakeholders. Document business processes, workflows, system configurations, onboarding guides and supporting materials to enable successful system adoption. Work closely with our third-party technology partners to oversee system configuration and development, ensuring solutions meet agreed requirements. Review and validate system configurations throughout the build and testing process, resolving issues and ensuring the solution aligns to agreed processes Manage project plans, risks, issues, dependencies and change requests, providing regular progress updates to internal and client stakeholders.  What we're looking for You'll be someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems and project managing multiple workstreams. You'll ideally have: Proven experience managing technology or systems implementation projects from initiation through to successful completion. A technical mindset with an understanding of how systems, data, people and processes work together. Excellent project management skills with experience managing multiple workstreams, priorities and stakeholders. Experience coordinating third-party technology providers and cross-functional delivery teams. Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
