FRA Carpenter North London £27.45 per hour Umbrella 3-Month Ongoing Contract Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 4:00pm Company Van Provided We are currently recruiting for an experienced FRA Carpenter to join a busy repairs and compliance team working across North London. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled carpenter with fire safety experience to secure a long-term contract with a company van provided. Key Responsibilities Installation of new fire doors and door sets Repairing and upgrading existing fire doors and frames Fire stopping works Installation of electrical enclosures Installing fire-rated plasterboard systems Ensuring all works comply with current fire safety regulations and British Standards Completing works to a high standard of quality and workmanship Maintaining accurate records and completing minor administrative tasks Delivering excellent customer service when working in occupied propertiesEssential Requirements Proven experience carrying out FRA / fire door carpentry works Strong understanding of fire door components and fire safety compliance Knowledge of relevant British Standards and fire safety regulations Experience with fire stopping and passive fire protection works Full UK Driving Licence (essential) Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively Good record-keeping and communication skills Strong customer service and resident liaison skills If you have experience in fire door installations, FRA works, and fire stopping, we'd like to hear from you
