Freelance Site Manager

Site Manager | Industrial & Warehouse Refurbishments

Location: Kent | Freelance / Contract

I'm working with a busy contractor looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee industrial and warehouse refurbishment projects.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in industrial projects, particularly those with hands-on experience managing roofing works and refurbishment packages.

The Role

Managing day-to-day site operations on industrial and warehouse refurbishment projects.

*

Overseeing roofing works, repairs and replacement packages.

*

Coordinating subcontractors, labour and site resources.

*

Maintaining health & safety standards and ensuring quality of works.

*

Managing programmes, progress and site reporting.

*

Working closely with the wider project team to ensure projects are delivered safely and on time.

What We're Looking For

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager within industrial or warehouse environments.

*

Strong roofing experience, ideally involving refurbishment or replacement works.

*

Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades.

*

Good knowledge of health & safety and site compliance.

*

SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.

*

A hands-on approach with strong communication and organisational skills.
