Freelance Site Manager Project: NHS Complex Refurbishment Project Value: £300k Programme: 8 weeks The Project I'm working with a Commercial Fitout contractor looking for a freelance Site Manager to run an 8 week project in Central London You'll be taking a hands-on role across the full refurbishment of an NHS complex comprising of 10 doctors' rooms. Ideal Background * Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment or fit-out projects * Experience working in healthcare/NHS environments would be advantageous * Comfortable managing projects around the £300k mark * Strong understanding of site safety, programme and subcontractor management If you're a strong Site Manager with commercial refurbishment experience and you're looking for a project where you can genuinely take ownership, worth a chat
