Alongside this, you will take direct responsibility for the Plant Area, ensuring it is well-presented, fully stocked, and delivering excellent sales results.
What We're Looking For Proven experience in retail management, ideally within a garden centre or horticultural environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team Good plant knowledge and enthusiasm for gardening A customer-first mindset with excellent service and communication skills Commercial awareness and the ability to drive sales and profitability Organisational ability to handle a varied and fast-paced workload Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays as required Ideally you will come from a seasonal retail business
