An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join a highly supportive SEN school in Radlett, Hertfordshire. This well-resourced and nurturing environment specialises in supporting children with additional needs, with a particular focus on Autism.

Ideal Candidate

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience in Primary, EYFS, or SEN education settings
  • Strong understanding of Autism and effective SEN strategies
  • Confident in classroom and behaviour management
  • Passionate about delivering engaging, differentiated learning experiences
  • Reflective, resilient, and a collaborative team player

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach small groups of pupils in Years 3-6, tailoring learning to individual needs
  • Create a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment for pupils with Autism
  • Work closely with Teaching Assistants to ensure consistent and effective support
  • Monitor progress and set personalised, achievable learning goals
  • Contribute to the wider school community and development of SEN provision
