Our client is looking for a passionate and skilled lamination and viennoiserie pastry chef to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a busy, family-run bakery with both a production site and their own cafés, supplying cafés across London seven days a week.

Salary up to £33,000 depending on experience
Full-time position with daytime hours only (9:00am - 5:00pm) and weekend work

The Person
The successful Lamination / Viennoiserie Pastry Chef will:
Have proven experience as a lamination/viennoiserie pastry chef
Be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and consistency
Be confident following recipes to the highest standard
Be passionate about pastries and able to bring creative flair
Work well both independently and as part of a team
Be legally eligible to work in the UK
