Management Accountant

We are recruiting for a Management Accountant to join a growing international business on a 12 month fixed-term contract.

This is a hands-on accounting role with a strong focus on process improvement, standardisation and automation. The business is investing in new operating models, AI and technology, and is looking for someone who can help make finance processes more efficient and scalable.

You'll be responsible for a portfolio of UK and international entities, supporting month-end and group accounting while identifying and implementing improvements.

Salary: £50k-£65k.

Key Responsibilities

• Management and subsidiary accounting across multiple entities.
• Month-end journals, P&L analysis and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Bank reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Working with AP/AR teams and local accountants.
• Supporting VAT, statutory and tax requests.
• Assisting with financial statements and FX hedging.
• Identifying opportunities to standardise and automate finance processes.
• Supporting the use of AI, Power BI and other technology to improve reporting and workflows.
• Providing support to the Finance Manager and wider finance leadership team.
