We're recruiting an Accounts Senior Manager in Poole on behalf of a highly respected and growing accountancy and business advisory firm.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced ACA or ACCA qualified accountant to take a senior leadership role, managing a diverse portfolio of entrepreneurial and owner-managed businesses while providing high-level accounting, tax and commercial advice.

The Role

You'll work closely with Partners and Directors, taking ownership of key client relationships, leading complex assignments and developing the wider accounts team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of business clients
• Act as a trusted adviser to entrepreneurial and owner-managed businesses
• Lead key client relationships and attend senior-level meetings
• Review statutory accounts, corporation tax and personal tax work
• Provide accounting, tax and commercial advice
• Resolve complex technical and client issues
• Support Partners and Directors with strategic client work
