A boutique firm with an exceptional reputation for staff retention is seeking a qualified Chartered Legal Executive or an experienced Private Client Fee Earner. Based in Wakefield or Garforth, this role offers the opportunity to manage a high-quality caseload within a supportive, friendly team.

The Role:

Reporting to the Head of Department, you will play a central role in delivering high-quality private client work.

Key Responsibilities:

•

• Drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney, and providing support with estate planning 

\t

Handling Grants of Probate, Letters of Administration, and estate administrations

\t

Advising on tax matters within your knowledge and escalating complex issues externally

\t

Acting on Court of Protection Deputyship applications and trusts

\t

Using the case management system to ensure proactive, efficient case progression and clear communication

\t

Getting involved with business development and marketing

About You:

•

• Qualified Chartered Legal Executive or have substantial private client fee-earning experience

\t

Strong commercial mindset

\t

Ambitious and looking to build a long-term career in private client law
