Part-time Project Transformation Manager - Pharma / Medical Affairs

A client in the pharmaceutical industry is seeking a Transformation Project Manager to join the team part-time for 3 months.

You will support the redesign of a global Medical Information operating model, helping transform a traditional inquiry-handling function into a proactive, data-driven, and patient-centric capability. Reporting into senior project leadership, you will work closely with client stakeholders to deliver strategic recommendations, manage project execution, and drive organisational transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualitative and quantitative analysis to support strategic decision-making

• Conduct market research, commercial assessments, and insight generation

• Develop client-ready presentations, reports, and transformation recommendations

• Manage project timelines, risks, stakeholder engagement, and key deliverables

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in life sciences consulting- Pharma, Medical Affairs, Medical Information

• Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical product lifecycle and commercial strategy

• Experience translating primary and secondary research into actionable business insights

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and PowerPoint presentation skills

• Day Rate: £350 - £450 LTD
