Salary: £36,000 - £38,000 (Dependent on experience)

About The Company:

The Company is an established independent company who specialise in mobile servicing and repairs on light commercial vehicles for the fleet industry. They are looking for an experienced vehicle technician / mechanic to join their team covering Bridgwater and surrounding areas.

It’s a Monday to Friday position with NO WEEKENDS, your working day starts and finishes at home - no commuting to company base.

Each day you’ll get a pre-planned diary of work and travel to customer site locations to carry out routine servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs (No breakdowns or roadside work).

Responsibilities

* Travel to customer site locations to carry out routine servicing, maintenance and repairs on both cars and LCV’s

* Diagnose and repair faults using diagnostic equipment

* Ensure all work is completed to a high professional industry standard.

* Work in a safe, clean and responsible manner

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

* NVQ level 2 or 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent)

* Experience in carrying out diagnostic repairs and fault finding

* Strong organisation skills

* Self-motivated, able to work alone and manage your own time

* Flexible and adaptable

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Full UK driving license

* For insurance purposes all candidates must be 24 or above
