Welder Fabricator

Job Title: Welder Fabricator * Location: Oldbury * Position: Full-time, Permanent * Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour * Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:00am – 3:30pm, Friday 7:00am – 2:30pm (39 hours per week) Contek Recruitment Solutions are currently representing our well-established client based in Oldbury. As a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality construction accessories, steel reinforcements, and bespoke metalwork, they are looking for a skilled Welder Fabricator to join their team on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities * MIG welding on a variety of components * Fabricating structural steel, plate, and sheet metal * Reading and working from technical drawings * Producing bespoke fabrications, proplates, roadforms, and construction products * Working to high quality standards within an EN 1090 certified environment Requirements * Proven experience as a skilled Welder Fabricator * Proficient in MIG welding processes * Experienced in handling structural steel, sheet metal, and steel plate * Strong ability to work independently from engineering drawings * Coded welder status is NOT required, but high-quality workmanship is essential What Is Offered * Competitive hourly rate (£15.00 per hour) * Permanent, stable position with a trusted local manufacturer * Standard day shifts with an early Friday finish
