Location: Southampton
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30am – 3:30pm)
Start: ASAP
Pay: £88 – £90 per day

We’re seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils in specialist schools across Southampton. This role involves working closely with children who have learning disabilities and additional complex needs, helping them to thrive both academically and personally.
You will play a key role in the classroom, supporting learning, promoting positive behaviour, and helping to create a safe and structured environment. This is an excellent opportunity for those considering a future in education or psychology.

What We’re Looking For:
• Graduates in Psychology, Criminology, or related fields (desirable)
• Compassionate, patient, and resilient approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to commit to full-time, consistent support
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
