About the Role This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a school's Inclusion Unit, supporting students who require additional guidance to succeed both academically and emotionally. As an Inclusion Unit TA, you will play a vital role in promoting positive behaviour, engagement, and reintegration into mainstream education. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEMH needs Implement behaviour management strategies and support plans Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils Support learning across a range of subjects Work closely with teaching staff, SENCOs, and pastoral teams Promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment Requirements Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, Behaviour Mentor, or similar role Strong behaviour management skills A calm, patient, and adaptable approach Experience supporting students with SEMH, SEND, or challenging behaviour (desirable) Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) Why Work with Tradewind Recruitment?
