M&E CAD Operative £46,000 DOE + Healthcare + Pension Building Services | HVAC | M&E | AutoCAD M&E CAD Operative required to join a growing Mechanical HVAC specialist contractor delivering projects across healthcare, education and commercial sectors. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced and expanding business with a strong pipeline of work, supporting the delivery of multiple live projects across the South East. The role will involve managing and coordinating M&E CAD drawings across mechanical and electrical building services installations while supporting Project Managers, engineers and site teams throughout project delivery. Key responsibilities include: * Producing and managing M&E CAD drawings and layouts * Supporting live Building Services projects across multiple sectors * Managing drawing revisions and document control * Coordinating technical information with project and site teams * Maintaining drawing registers and project documentation * Supporting CAD process improvements and workflow efficiency What they’re looking for: * Experience within an M&E / Building Services CAD role * Strong AutoCAD experience * Revit knowledge beneficial * Good understanding of HVAC and Building Services projects * Strong organisational and document control skills * Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines * High attention to detail This role would suit an M&E CAD Operative, Building Services CAD Technician or CAD Coordinator looking to join a growing contractor with long-term progression opportunities and a strong team environment.
