Clinical Lead – Homecare Greater Manchester Salary c. £46,000 Are you an experienced Clinical Lead or Senior Nurse looking for an opportunity to make a genuine impact in complex homecare? The Clinical Lead will play a key role in overseeing high-quality, person-centred care for clients with complex clinical needs living in their own homes. The Clinical Lead Role: Providing clinical oversight and leadership across complex care packages Supporting and mentoring nurses and care staff in the community Conducting clinical assessments, reviews, and risk assessments Developing and reviewing person-centred care plans Ensuring clinical governance and compliance standards are maintained Building strong relationships with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams Supporting business growth through safe mobilisation of new care packages  The Clinical Lead Candidate: RGN qualification with an active NMC PIN Previous experience working within a homecare setting Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills Experience supporting individuals with complex health needs Excellent communication and organisational skills Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Greater Manchester  The Clinical Lead Package: Salary £40,000 - £46,000 Opportunity to join a genuinely supportive and forward-thinking provider Ongoing professional development and training Excellent career progression opportunities A role where you can genuinely influence and improve care delivery  Referrals CureYourSearch recruitment are acting as a recruitment consultancy, we offer a £250 referral for every successful placement via recommendation.
