Location: Middlesbrough (Hybrid)
Salary: up to £30,000pa

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a digital specialist who enjoys the variety and impact of working with SMEs. If you have hands-on PPC experience and want the autonomy to manage your own portfolio while being part of a supportive, expert team, this is for you.

The Work-Life Balance

* Flexible Start Times: Choose a start time that works for you between 07:30 to 18.00
* The Hybrid Model:
* During Probation: 3 days in-office / 2 days WFH.
* Post-Probation: 2 days in-office / 3 days WFH.
* Monthly Team Sync: In the final week of the month, the team comes together in-office on Tuesday and Friday. The Friday is a compulsory office day—a great chance to catch up, celebrate the month's successes, and wrap up the week together.
