About the role
Site Manager (Hereford)
Location: Hereford (site-based, Mon-Fri, 39 hours)
Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to deliver planned refurbishment works within social housing, including kitchens, bathrooms, adaptations, windows/doors, and M&E upgrades.
This is a varied role managing multiple sites, site teams, and subcontractors, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You'll also be responsible for coordinating site activities, maintaining accurate documentation, managing risk and health & safety compliance, and supporting contract delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage site teams, subcontractors, and daily operations
Ensure works are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
Maintain health & safety compliance and site documentation
Monitor progress across multiple live sites
Support planning, programming, and reporting of worksRequirements:
Experience in social housing planned refurbishment works
Knowledge of kitchens, bathrooms, and adaptations
Ability to manage multiple sites/projects
SMSTS or relevant NVQ
Full UK driving licence
IT literate (MS Office)
