Are you ready to take the lead in a lab where your analytical expertise shapes decisions, solves real problems and drives innovation? We are looking for a Senior Analytical Chemist who thrives on technical challenge, loves method development and enjoys being the go‑to expert across multiple teams.

What You’ll Do

* Be the analytical powerhouse supporting R&D, QA/QC, Technical and Regulatory teams.

* Own the maintenance, calibration and performance of key analytical instruments.

* Develop, refine and implement analytical methods that raise the bar.

* Keep the organisation ahead of the curve by tracking new analytical technologies and techniques.

* Deliver high‑quality testing.

* Troubleshoot production issues with sharp scientific insight.

* Champion Health & Safety and Quality compliance across all lab activities.

What You Bring

* Experience across a broad range of analytical chemistry techniques.

* Strong method development skills.

* Hands‑on experience with GC/MS (a must).

* Experience with one or more of: HPLC, ICP/MS, UV/Vis, chromatography, wet chemistry.

* Background in GLP/GMP environments.

* Clear, confident communication

* A problem‑solver’s mindset and the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure.

* A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organisation.
