Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategies across digital platforms, including social media channels and corporate websites, ensuring content is timely, engaging, and aligned with organisational communication objectives.
- Create, review and manage digital content and communication materials, including social media posts, website articles, electronic direct mailers (EDMs), newsletters, and other digital collateral.
- Plan and implement digital communication campaigns from concept to execution, working closely with creative and media agencies to ensure effective content development, targeting and dissemination.
- Monitor and analyse digital performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to enhance audience engagement and content effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to understand communication requirements and translate them into impactful digital campaigns and content.
- Support the day-to-day management of digital communication channels and ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
- Stay updated on digital communication trends, social media developments and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in digital communications, social media management, content development, marketing communications, or related fields.
- Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills with experience creating content for digital platforms.
- Good understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing trends and communication best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to take ownership of responsibilities independently.
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in public communications, corporate communications, or policy-related communications will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with digital analytics and design tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop is an advantage.
