Service Technician Location: Belfast Position: Full-Time Service Technician Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience (discussed at interview) We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Service Technician to join our team in Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for the automotive industry to play a key role in ensuring our vehicles are prepared and presented to the highest possible standards. The Role As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the preparation, inspection, and quality control of vehicles prior to delivery. You will ensure all vehicles meet company standards, coordinate required repairs and parts, and assist with resolving any vehicle-related issues to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Working Hours Full-time position 5 days per week Key Responsibilities Prepare vehicles to a high professional standard for sale and delivery Carry out vehicle inspections, quality checks, and minor cosmetic touch-ups Identify and report any mechanical, cosmetic, or preparation issues Order and manage vehicle parts required for repairs and preparation Ensure all vehicles are presented in excellent condition prior to handover Handle after-sales vehicle enquiries and assist in resolving issues efficiently Manage vehicle preparation processes from arrival through to customer delivery Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts ordered Work closely with sales and management teams to ensure smooth vehicle turnaround Essential Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in vehicle preparation, vehicle maintenance, or a similar automotive role Good knowledge and understanding of the motor industry Full UK driving licence Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, professional, and proactive approach to work What We Offer Competitive salary, negotiable depending on experience Performance-related bonus opportunities Supportive and professional working environment Opportunity to develop your skills and progress within the business If you take pride in delivering high-quality work, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy working within the automotive industry, we would love to hear from you.
