Project Quantity Surveyor Central London £60,000 - £75,000 + Package An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Tier 1 main contractor delivering one of Central London's flagship construction schemes. Working on a landmark £150m development, the successful candidate will play a key role in the commercial delivery of a high-profile project from procurement through to final account. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking business with a strong pipeline of prestigious work across the UK. The Role Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, responsibilities will include: Managing subcontractor procurement and commercial negotiations Preparing valuations, cost reports, and forecasts Administering subcontract accounts and variations Supporting project delivery teams with commercial advice Monitoring project costs, risks, and opportunities Assisting with final accounts and project close-out Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures Requirements Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline Previous experience working for a main contractor Proven track record delivering large-scale construction projects Strong knowledge of standard forms of contract, particularly JCT Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced project environment What's on Offer Salary between £60,000 and £75,000 Competitive benefits package Exposure to a flagship Central London project Excellent career progression opportunities Collaborative and supportive working environmentIf you are a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor looking to work on a major London scheme with a market-leading contractor, we would love to hear from you
