Manufacturing Engineer

Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer Location: Cornwall Salary: £45,000 - £47,000 + 10% Bonus and £8,000 relocation Working Hours: Monday to Friday Are you a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer with a passion for driving efficiency and optimising processes on automated machinery? Key Responsibilities of a Manufacturing Engineer: * Lead process optimisation initiatives on automated manufacturing lines * Analyse machinery performance and implement efficiency improvements * Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues * Drive continuous improvement in line reliability, uptime, and product quality * Develop and update SOPs, technical documentation, and improvement plans * Support maintenance teams with root cause analysis and corrective actions Ideal Manufacturing Engineer will have: * Experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or Process Engineer within a fast-paced manufacturing environment * Strong background in automated machinery, process improvement, and optimisation * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills * Confident working independently on night shift with strong initiative * HNC/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing preferred) Apply now to join a forward-thinking manufacturer with exciting investment and growth plans in Cornwall
