We have an exciting new vacancy for a Health Club Manager to join our team at The Britannia Leeds Bradford Airport Hotel, a 137-room hotel with a prime location just 3 miles from the airport. Enjoy stunning views of the surrounding area from our hotel, which is nestled in 3 acres of landscaped grounds.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Managing all aspects of the Health Club, ensuring outstanding customer service, effective team leadership, staff development, and seamless rota coordination.
Conducting daily audits and walkthrough of the facility, staying fully informed on all operational matters.
Organising and leading regular staff meetings, as well as conducting comprehensive staff training sessions.
Regularly check club performance and financial reports to track progress, identify opportunities for growth, and implement necessary improvements.
Leading and motivating a dedicated team to uphold exceptional customer service standards, ensuring a high level of member satisfaction.
Greeting and welcoming guests, taking bookings, and handling payments.
Overseeing pool safety and conducting health and safety checks.
Maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the leisure area, including the poolside, sauna, changing rooms, and gym.
Conducting water quality testing to ensure safety and hygiene standards.
The successful candidate will have prior experience as a Health Club Manager within a hotel or leisure facility. They should demonstrate strong leadership abilities, and the capability to oversee daily operations, staff management, and guest experience.
