Your Responsibilities As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:
Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
Plan and carry out engaging, age-appropriate activities
Observe, monitor and record childrens development and progress
Build positive relationships with parents and carers
Maintain a safe, clean and stimulating learning environment
Work collaboratively with colleagues to support childrens wellbeing and development
What Were Looking For Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
Previous nursery or early years experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A positive, caring and reliable approach
Genuine passion for working with children
Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
